Week Long Menu


Summer is at it's climax.  Everyone I know is trying to make the most of the long, hot days.  Summer vacations & time spent by the pool with family & friends is at a premium because we all know it won't last much longer. 

I am super excited to share this month's menu with you because there are SO many easy, quick recipes, several of which are only about 10 minutes of prep & 30 minutes from cook time to table.  In fact, I spent exactly one hour, teaching my college age son how to cook 2 of them.  He was pretty impressed with the taste when we were done & I was a super happy mom to have gotten to spend an hour cooking with my man child.

Serve this menu in any order you want.  Figure out what works for you & make it your own!

Here are the meals on this week's nourishing menu:  Chicken Pomodoro, Beef Stir Fry, Cedar Plank Grilled Salmon with fresh Pineapple Salsa, Bacon Wrapped Chicken & Pulled Pork stuffed sweet potatoes.
