This Greek Vinaigrette is a snap to whip up from items found in your pantry. It's simplicity adds to the authenticity of the Greek flavor found in this dressing. It has the perfect balance of spices & zing from the red wine vinegar.
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon each: dried oregano & dried basil
1/2 teaspoon each: salt, pepper & onion powder
combine all ingredients in a glass mason jar & shake vigorously to combine. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
