Week Long Menu

{February}

February brings thoughts of Love, but cold weather still abounds & warm comfort food is a must on days when the sun is gone early in the evening.  There's also this little event in our country called the Super Bowl, which brings with it a chance to ruin your healthy eating but if you are careful & serve a couple of these items at your party, you will be able to overcome temptation to derail your New Year's Resolutions.  I'm excited that this menu has some comfort food & some food that could be turned into finger foods or appetizers for any party your going to!

Serve this menu in any order you want.  Figure out what works for you & make it your own!

Here are the meals on this week's nourishing menu:  Shake & Bake Chicken Nuggets with Honey Mustard dipping sauce, Creamy Roasted Tomato Soup, Salmon Croquettes, Chicken & Leek Skillet Meal & Saucy Asian Meatballs.
