Cream Italian Dressing
My daughter swears this dressing tastes just like the one Olive Garden serves. The thing is, theirs is packed with sugar & this one uses just a little bit of honey that won't wreck your healthy eating or cause your blood sugar to spike.
Another great thing about this dressing is that it is great on salads or as a dip for raw veggies. No matter how you serve it, everyone is sure to love it!
Creamy Italian Dressing
1/2 cup paleo mayonnaise
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon each: garlic powder & salt
place all ingredients in a blender & blend on low for about 30 seconds.
serve immediately or refrigerate in a glass jar for up to 5 days.
