Week Long Menu

{April/May}

When the weather begins to get warm I don't really want to spend a lot of time over a hot stove or oven.  Plus I usually want a meal that is cool & crisp as well.  I think it was ingrained into my psyche from the time I was little.  In the summertime my mom would always say let's eat something cold.  These salad recipes are perfect for a dinner & I love that so many of them use the same ingredients so there is no waste.  Plus there's plenty for leftovers for lunch.  

Serve this menu in any order you want.  Figure out what works for you & make it your own!

Here are the meals on this week's nourishing menu:  Egg Salad, Steak Salad with Avocado Lime Dressing, Brussels & Kale Salad with Spiced Pecans & Grilled Chicken, Grilled Shrimp Salad with Cilantro Mint Dressing & Cobb Salad with Creamy Italian Dressing.
