Street Tacos

street tacos

Spanish flavors draw me in like a big hug.  I just can't resist anything that resembles Mexican, Spanish or South American flavors.  I was blessed as a child to have someone who played a key role in my life who was from Bolivia.   Not only did she teach me the language but she introduced me to those flavors at an early age.

This is a simple & quick rendition of a classic.  You can make these with my basic Paleo wraps or just eat this meat over a big salad & serve it with this avocado lime dressing.
