Miso Vinaigrette
Y’all… This Miso Vinaigrette is so good I think I might be guilty of eating it directly off a spoon. It’s been my latest salad obsession & I bet it will become yours too.
The flavor profile is so rich but it’s so easy to make. I can whip up a bottle of it in about 3 minutes, especially when I toss it into my Magic Bullet.

Miso Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup avocado oil
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1” piece of fresh ginger, peeled & roughly chopped
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons white miso (be sure to get organic)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons coconut aminos
DIRECTIONS
combine all ingredients in a blender, or magic bullet & blend on high 10-20 seconds.
be sure all the pieces of ginger have been pureed so that the dressing is silky smooth.
store in the refrigerator up to 7 days.
