Christmas is just around the corner & I have already done a ton of online shopping!  It's not that I'm a scrooge & don't like shopping but I don't like the time it takes or the crowds that make me lose my Christmas joy!  I would much rather spend my time doing other things.  Plus sitting at my computer in my pj's with some hot tea & accomplishing a ton of shopping actually makes me feel good & doesn't stress me out.

If you are looking for some great gifts this year for the foodie in your life, here are some things I recommend:

This Cuisinart Immersion Blender is one of my all time favorite things.  I use this set all the time.  The immersion blender with the whisk attachment is so usefull plus the extra measuring cup never hurts.  The electric chopper is an added bonus to make quick work of chopping.  This set is a great value!

If you want a powerful blender but don't want to spend a lot of money, this refurbished Blendtec is what you are looking for.  We have had a blendtec for about 15 years.  We ended up getting a second one that was a little more powerful than our first but they were both refurbished & we've never had a problem. This is a great company that stands behind its products.

I'm a huge fan of stainless, all clad or cast iron cookware, but when I need the fastest clean up I use this GreenPan non-stick cookware becasue it has no toxic chemicals that will deter your health goals. Plus it is dishwasher safe or washes by hand in the quickest minute of your life!

A couple of years ago I got rid of all my plastic containers & started slowly accumulating glass storage instead.  My reading of too many articles regarding the toxicity of plastic was the driving force behind my decision but now I am absolutely in love with all my leftovers being in glass containers.

I bought Danielle Walker's first cookbook at Costco about 5 years ago & read it from cover to cover on a drive home from Colorado.  I fell in love with her & her recipes.  Everything I've ever made of hers is top notch & she has an amazing story.  This cookbook is full of beautiful & tasty food.
