Ahhh, January. The month of renewal & resolutions.  I love this month because I love new beginnings!  This is a great time to commit to making healthy meals & being nourished by whole foods created by God!  Planning ahead is a vital part of staying on track with eating healthy, but flavor is equally as important!  These dishes are full of flavor that will leave you & your people satisfied!
